Bangor Highschool Students Get Involved with Stream Cleanup
Volunteers from Bangor High School after a successful stream cleanup

BASWG encourages volunteers to get involved with stormwater management and join our members and teams on stormwater projects. Throughout the late spring and into the summer, BASWG hosts street and stream cleanup events in each of the towns and communities that we’re a part of. Each organization within BASWG organizes its own event at a time that works best for its community, so sign up to be notified about the schedule, or keep an eye on our Facebook page for more information!

While BASWG doesn’t organize events into the fall, there’s always something you can do to help out and protect our streams and rivers from pollutants. Stormwater pollution doesn’t take a break just because it’s cold out, and you don’t have to either– visit our resources page to learn more about how you can take action against stormwater pollution in your home and community at every time of the year.
